We would like to introduce a case study of the development of packaging boxes for rolls that enables "on-site response" using our product "HiPLE-ACE." With wooden boxes, tilting occurred due to weight, making it impossible to accommodate changes in the number of packages. However, by changing the combination of partitions, it became easy to switch between packaging two units and one unit on-site. We would like to introduce a case study of the development of packaging products for electric assist bicycles using our "Hype Race." Carrying products weighing around 30kg and placing them from above was burdensome for workers, and improving work efficiency through design enhancements was a challenge. We would like to introduce a case where we developed a bicycle storage box for designated warehouses using our product "HiPLE-ACE." Since the bicycle only makes contact with the bottom tray at the front wheel and the rear stand, there was a challenge of concentrated load. This was resolved by installing five beams. The ability to change the position of the beams according to the size of the bicycle being packaged allows for the distribution of concentrated loads, which is a unique advantage of cardboard material.
